Una Tradición Familiar

de Sabor y Pasión


Nuestro restaurante no sería lo que es hoy sin el trabajo duro y la dedicación de toda nuestra familia. Cuando abrimos nuestras puertas hace más de 35 años, fue un verdadero asunto familiar. Ahora, mi padre y yo estamos orgullosos de continuar la tradición de servir a la comunidad con auténtica cocina fresca del norte de Perú. Somos reconocidos por nuestro ceviche y otros platos auténticos. El nombre de nuestro restaurante, Totoritas, es un tributo a los 'Caballitos de Totora', las pequeñas embarcaciones de pesca que forman parte del patrimonio de nuestra región.


Contamos con dos locales, uno en Pembroke Pines y el otro en Miami, Totoritas se ha convertido en un lugar donde puedes acceder a los mejores platos tradicionales Peruanos a un precio accesible, un restaurante que honra la cultura y los ingredientes autóctonos del país.
